That’s right, Swiney Ribbers BBQ, brings to you Award Winning barbecure prepared exactly the same as we do for competitions. Our succulent hickory smoked pork is slow cooked for 12-14 hours and hand-pulled on-site. Ribs so tender and tasty, with just a hint of sweetness from our BBQ Sauce. And our chicken, whether smoked or Roasted, is always a crowd pleaser. Our Full Service Barbecue Catering includes buffet set up, table cloths, and clean up of the service area. Our professional staff will deliver and set up the buffet, carve the meat and serve it to your guests. You just sit back and enjoy! We cater private parties, corporate functions, weddings, family reunions, grand openings, sporting events, church and school functions.
